Slowly everything goes back to normal.
People are their usual self and have no issues coming close to one in the supermarket, to shove you aside, grab something from the shelves right along your arm… I liked the distancing more.
.
I think here in Germany and Switzerland we were quite lucky that it was not as bad as forecast. Other countries were not so lucky, disabled people were denied hospitals and respiration. Countries I will certainly never visit.
Elsewhere people are still in the middle of all this. Best wishes! Hope You all come through this.

For the artists among us, found a cool study about “burn out”. It is called:
.
“Having All of Your Internal Resources Exhausted Beyond Measure and Being Left with No Clean-Up Crew”: Defining Autistic Burnout
.
“Autistic burnout appears to be a phenomenon distinct from occupational burnout or clinical depression. Better understanding autistic burnout could lead to ways to recognize, relieve, or prevent it, including highlighting the potential dangers of teaching autistic people to mask or camouflage their autistic traits, and including burnout education in suicide prevention programs. These findings highlight the need to reduce discrimination and stigma related to autism and disability.”
.
Loved reading it, because especially the last part always strikes me. Close friends of mine got used to it, but most everyone else totally ignores this. So I think it is a great read.

After posting I will take the dogs out for a walk, fortunately it is not too warm 😊

  2. Stay safe. People too quickly forget or disregard social distancing and that is when the virus rebounds. It isn’t over yet!

  3. I fully agree every single word of your post! Best wishes to all from one of the worst pandemic place (northern Italy). We are slowling improve too.
